Customers with the PRO package can choose from different datacenter locations:
- United States (US)
- European Economic Area (EU)
- United Kingdom (UK)
Please note that the datacenter location can only be changed until the event is published. After an event is published it is no longer possible to change the datacenter location.
The datacenter location impacts where employee and result data is stored. This includes all employee information which is uploaded to our platform to invite your team and all results and leaderboards for your events. This ensures that any personal information of your employees which is uploaded by admins of the challenge is contained to the chosen datacenter location.
Please note that this does not include profile information for participants of the challenge. Participants are required to accept our terms of service and privacy policy which include a detailed description on how we process their data plus a list of our sub processors.
