The most easy way to join an event is to click the Join link from the invite email or scan the QR code. That will download and install the app and get you joined using your personal verification code.
If that doesn't work for some reason you could try to copy the join link url (it is displayed at the bottom of the join email) and paste it in your browser. That should also get you started.
However, if all this doesn't work on your phone you can always join manually following these steps:
- Install the app from: https://corporatefitness.app/get
- Open the app
- Tap Select an Event
- Tap Join Manually
- Enter the event id (this is visible in the join email)
- Join using the verification code that is displayed in the join email
