Using our Teams integration enables automatic synchronization of channel or chat members. This makes challenge administration even more simple: simply inviting someone to the channel or chat the challenge has been linked with is enough to send out an automatic invite to join to this user.
In order to do this we will need access to the members of the channel (team) or chat you add our Teams custom tab app to. When you install our Teams app this permission is automatically granted to the channel / chat you select during the setup.
Team based
In order to control who gets invited to your corporate challenge we advise to create a separate team in your organization dedicated to your corporate fitness challenges, like so:
This allows you to manage the members of the Company Wellness team. Each member in this group will get invited to the challenges you add to this teams' channels.
Chat based
Alternatively, you can also add our tab to a specific chat. This is great for smaller audiences with only a limited number of participants in the challenge.
