This FAQ provides an overview of all messages we may post to the channel you add our Slack app to.
| Message | Description |
| Join channel | We post a message to the channel when you add our bot to help you get started |
| Connect an event | When you create or connect an event we will acknowledge this so you know it's working correctly. |
| Publish an event | When the event is published we will update the channel members so they are aware and know they can expect an invite. |
| Event Feed Updates | Any update that is posted to the Event Feed in our app is duplicated on the Slack channel to keep everyone up to date, regardless how they participate. |
| Nightly Leaderboard Updates | We will post a nightly update on the channel with a fresh leaderboard when the challenge is active (and new activities have been added) to keep everyone up to date on the challenge progress. |
