Once you have connected an event to a channel (and it is published) members can join the event. In the Event Manager you will see them in the Registrations tab.
Users can either use the /corporatefitness join slash-command to join a challenge or you can import their data from an Excel file to quickly invite an entire team.
With /corporatefitness join command
Users are asked to either receive their invite by email or as a direct message when they rather not share their email address.
When importing data
All users will receive an automatic invite email once they are added tot the event. This invite email contains their personal join link. When they click this link they will download our app (when they open on their smartphone) or open our website (when they open the link on a laptop). This link also contains their personal invite code (which happens to be their Slack User ID).
