Virtual Bibs are generated and emailed to participants when they join the event. This is a great way to generate shareable content even before the event has officially started.

Available customization options:
- Fully customize design (fonts, colors, (sponsor) logos, etc)
- Enable/disable automatic emailing of bibs when joining the event
- Customize the email content itself
A virtual bib is configured on event level and will be available to all participants in the event.
Workflow
Before Virtual Bibs can be used, they must be designed and configured first. Please reach out to us through the contact form to start this process. This should be done before participants are invited to the event so that they will receive their bib immediately after joining the event.
Once the design is ready and approved virtual bibs can be generated using the following process.
- A participant joins the event
- A virtual bib will be generated
- Within a few minutes the participant receives an email with their virtual bib
- The email contains a Share Bib button which allows the participant to quickly share the virtual bib with friends and family
- The email contains an attachment which can be printed when the participant chooses to wear the bib during their activities
